Notes

Initially, this sculptural structure was not part of John Prip's set of three pewter objects. The original companion piece to his vessel and decanter was another decanter and was broken during the Objects USA exhibition, while the collection was on tour in Europe. Prip supplied the Johnson Wax Company with this sculptural piece as a replacement. (Source: Object file)
